Mediterranean diet<\/li>\n<li>Ensure control of LDL (bad) cholesterol<\/li>\n<li>Blood sugar control<\/li>\n<li>Blood pressure monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Practice regular physical activities<\/li>\n<li>Control your weight<\/li>\n<li>Avoid stressful situations<\/li>\n<li>Have a good night&#8217;s sleep \/ practice good hygiene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to a cardiac rehabilitation program according to the recommendations of the treating cardiologist during your stay at the clinic.<\/li>\n<li>Return to work gradually with physically non-restrictive activities according to the recommendations of your attending cardiologist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Be sure to ask all your questions during the visit of the interventional cardiologist before your discharge;
